Heal At Home PT & Wellness LLC operates as a therapy clinic that brings personalized care directly to your location. We provide both home health and outpatient services. Think of us as a mobile extension of a traditional clinic- providing private, one-on-one sessions in the comfort of your home.

 

2. Is therapy covered by insurance?

Yes, we accept Medicare and handle the benefits verification process for you. Medicare and your secondary insurance cover 100% of all visits, meaning you owe us nothing out of pocket. We do collect the Medicare deductible of $240, unless it has already been collected by another outpatient provider. For those without Medicare coverage, we offer a self-pay option at a rate of $125 per visit.

 

3. Where do Heal At Home therapists provide services?

Our therapists proudly serve homes, apartment complexes, senior and assisted living facilities throughout Delaware County and the greater Philadelphia area. Our mission is to value community over corporate interest - we achieve this by focusing our attention solely on hiring therapists who live and work in the area.

 

4. Do I need a prescription for physical or occupational therapy from a doctor?

We prioritize accessibility and prompt care, allowing you to schedule an appointment directly with us. We'll take care of the necessary referrals on our end.

 

5. How do I schedule my appointment?

To schedule, simply contact us via phone (610-572-3860) or email (info@healathomept.com). Our team will promptly respond within 24 hours, and we can typically begin therapy within 48 hours of your initial inquiry. We aim to make the scheduling process as convenient as possible for you.

 

6. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Our flexible business model allows for accommodation in such cases. Simply notify your treating therapist as soon as possible, and they will work with you to reschedule your appointment at a date and time that suits you.

 

7. Do I see the same therapist each session?

We aim to provide individuals with the same therapist each session. We believe in the importance of consistency in your treatment plan and strive to maintain that continuity throughout your rehabilitation journey.
